Every decision
has a reason.
I did not want to build something that just looked right. I wanted to understand exactly what a postpartum body needs nutritionally, what postnatal vitamins already provide, and what they were never designed to address.
Several competing products include vitamin A at levels that, combined with a standard postnatal vitamin, can approach the upper safe limit for breastfeeding women. That felt like an unnecessary risk. So we removed it entirely. This is not a limitation. It is a deliberate protection.
Postnatal vitamins already include iron, and iron tolerance varies significantly between women. If you suspect your hair loss is connected to low iron, a serum ferritin test with your GP is the right place to start. Nurishy was not built to replace that conversation.
