Return and Refund Policy

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. This cancellation period expires 14 days from the day you receive your order.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us of your decision by email at hello@nurishy.co.uk before the cancellation period expires.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, sealed packaging.

Please note: for hygiene and health protection reasons, we are unable to accept returns of supplements that have been opened or partially used. This is a permitted exemption under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and does not affect your statutory rights.

How to return your order

To initiate a return, please email hello@nurishy.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm your return address and provide further instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return postage. We strongly recommend using a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the goods. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@nurishy.co.uk with your order number and a photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
