Where we ship

We currently ship to the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland) and the Republic of Ireland.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email when your order has been sent.

UK delivery

Standard delivery within the UK is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and typically arrives within 2 to 4 business days of dispatch. We aim to offer free standard delivery on all UK orders.

Republic of Ireland delivery

Orders to the Republic of Ireland are dispatched via tracked international postal service and typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days of dispatch. Delivery costs for Republic of Ireland orders will be shown at checkout.

Tracking

All orders are sent with tracking. Your dispatch confirmation email will include a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery.

Delays

Delivery timescales are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, third-party carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@nurishy.co.uk and we will investigate.

Lost or undelivered orders

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and any safe locations noted on your tracking update. If the item cannot be located, contact us at hello@nurishy.co.uk within 14 days of the stated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Incorrect address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A redelivery charge may apply.
